2. 100% Risk Care & Peace of Mind Policy

We take full responsibility for your journey from the moment your tour begins until its completion.

  • Our Responsibility: CiiCii Travel assumes 100% management and care for any unexpected operational risks during your tour. This includes, but is not limited to: sudden local transport cancellations, unexpected closure of attractions, sudden weather changes blocking routes, or sudden itinerary disruptions.

  • Immediate Alternative Arrangements: In any such event, our dedicated 24/7 support team and local experts will immediately arrange equivalent or upgraded alternative accommodations, transport, or activities at no extra cost to you. We handle the stress so you can enjoy your holiday.

  • Emergency Support: We provide comprehensive assistance and logistical coordination in the rare event of medical emergencies or unexpected personal situations during the tour.

3. Full Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We offer one of the most generous refund policies in the tourism industry:

  • Full Refund (100%): You are entitled to a 100% full refund of your total booking amount if you cancel your tour up to [Insert Days, e.g., 7 days or 14 days] before the scheduled departure date. No hidden fees, no administrative penalties.

5. Travel Documents, Insurance & Passports

  • Customer Responsibility: Travelers must possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry) and the appropriate visas required for the destination.

  • Travel Insurance: While CiiCii Travel takes 100% care of tour logistics and operational risks, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance to cover international flights, personal medical expenses, and luggage loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

While CiiCii Travel manages 100% of the tour risks, arrangements, and alternative logistics, we shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from a traveler’s own negligence, violation of local laws, or willful misconduct.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the registration of CiiCii Travel Limited.
